Yoga trauma specialist (and one of my closest friends) Dana Brechtel takes us on a journey. In this episode, we don’t just talk about becoming spiritually grounded, we get to experience it together. Dana’s voice of peace walks us through a guided meditation (which you can also do in motion while walking, jogging, or driving), offering us the chance to metabolize the stress and emotions of the last few months.

Dana Brechtel

Dana is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor, Christ-centered yoga instructor, and she is currently completing her 500 hour certification in Healing Emphasis Yoga. Her training focus has been on acquiring various tools that can support healing – mind, body, and spirit. This is what initially drew her to the mat to many different styles of yoga and life-long learning adventure. The idea that yoga can feel really good and always leave you feeling better on and off the mat has become an anchor for Dana’s own practice as well as the guideline for her teaching as well. She believes yoga is good medicine because when we breathe and move, we can feel our connection with the Divine – and that love has the power to heal us from the inside-out.
